Court Lagna-sixth-lord separation foundation
personal.court-lagna-sixth-lord-separation-foundation
A reusable classical seven-graha lordship layer derives the Court Lagna and sixth-house lords, measures their Whole Sign shortest distance, and earns the binary preference only at exact opposition.

Computation method
Method type: algorithm
Derive both relevant lords from the classical table, measure their observed Whole Sign Rasi separation, compare it with the disclosed maximum of six, and aggregate every represented state without applying the future Court tie-break.
Process
- Validate the authoritative local Lagna Rasi and derive the sixth-house Rasi by advancing five signs.
- Map both Rasis through the classical seven-graha ownership table; never derive Rahu or Ketu as a lord.
- Require one complete, non-conflicting canonical position record for every graha and read the observed Rasis of the two derived lords.
- Compute the undirected shortest distance on the twelve-Rasi circle and pass only when it equals six; a shared owner has distance zero.
- Return inspectable fail for every resolved non-six distance and unknown for invalid authority or position facts; never produce a graduated score.
- Across a window, a resolved miss prevents the preference, otherwise unknown controls; an all-pass set still requires complete local-Lagna and both lord-ingress transition coverage within budget.
Formulae
Classical Lagna and sixth-house lords
sixth_rasi = Rasi[(index(Lagna)+5) mod 12]; L1 = lord(Lagna); L6 = lord(sixth_rasi)- lord: classical seven-graha table from Phaladeepika I.6
- Rahu and Ketu: excluded from lord derivation
Court maximum Whole Sign separation
d = min(abs(index(Rasi(L1))-index(Rasi(L6))), 12-abs(index(Rasi(L1))-index(Rasi(L6)))); pass iff d = 6- d: undirected shortest Rasi distance 0 through 6
- d = 6: disclosed project policy, not Raman's numeric wording
Worked example
Mesha Lagna with opposite lord positions
Inputs
- Lagna: Mesha, whose lord is Kuja
- Sixth Rasi: Kanya, whose lord is Budha
- Kuja in Simha; Budha in Kumbha
Calculation
- Simha index is 4 and Kumbha index is 10.
- The raw difference is 6, so the undirected shortest distance is min(6, 6) = 6.
- The distance equals the selected Whole Sign maximum.
Result
- Status: pass
- Future Court effect: one score-neutral tie-break preference
Vrishabha Lagna with a shared lord
Inputs
- Lagna: Vrishabha, whose lord is Shukra
- Sixth Rasi: Tula, also ruled by Shukra
Calculation
- Both sides refer to the same observed Shukra position.
- The shortest distance from one position to itself is 0.
Result
- Status: fail
- The binary preference is not earned
Method notes
- The JSON oracle is a synthetic parity fixture, not source golden or ephemeris validation.
- Exact angular opposition was rejected because the source supplies no orb or precision rule.
- Candidate-pool-relative maximization was rejected because it would make one chart's result depend on unrelated search candidates.
Contract
Owning layer: personal
Claim kind: textual-rule
Time basis: Each exact chart sample in the candidate's half-open civil-minute window; local Lagna and both derived lord-Rasi transitions must be completely represented before an all-pass window resolves.
Inputs
- authoritative canonical local Drik/Lahiri Lagna Rasi
- complete canonical nine-graha Rasi position facts
- represented window samples
- local-Lagna, Lagna-lord-Rasi and sixth-lord-Rasi transition coverage
- chart-request budget state
Outputs
- derived Lagna lord, sixth-house Rasi and sixth-house lord
- Whole Sign shortest distance 0 through 6
- per-state and whole-window pass, fail or unknown with inspectable evidence
- unwired binary Court preference

Verification states: verified, heuristic
Raman supplies only the qualitative separation preference. Phaladeepika I.6 supplies the classical seven-graha ownership table. Exact Whole Sign opposition, exclusion of query-relative and angular-orb alternatives, fail-closed aggregation and the score-neutral prefer effect are separately disclosed project policy.

Scope: Supports rejection of Tuesday and Saturday; admission of Ashwini, Rohini, Mrigashira, Pushya, Uttara Phalguni, Hasta, Chitra, Anuradha, Dhanishtha and Revati; Mesha Lagna or Mesha Navamsa; Guru in a Trikona from a strengthened Lagna; no malefic in the 6th; separation of the Lagna and 6th lords; and the non-predictive peace configuration. The Drik website post-screen now evaluates all five clauses across every sampled, Lagna-stable state: two exact rejection gates, two score-neutral preferences and one non-ranking information pattern. Unknown or boundary-adjacent facts retain the slot with visible review; mandatory failures remove it. The passage does not expand 'the usual unfavorable Tithis'; registered alternatives and the unchanged operational choice are separate claims. The profile is limited to filing or initiating a lawsuit and does not cover hearings, responses, settlement, appeals or outcome prediction. Legal obligations always take precedence. The legacy litigation API key resolves explicitly to this profile and is not a separate election.

Scope: Supplies the seven classical grahas' Rasi lords and exaltation signs, with fall in the seventh sign from exaltation. This supports the v1 Surya-in-Tula and Chandra-in-Vrischika debilitation tests; it does not authorize an opaque composite strength score.

Scope: Operationalizes 'Lords of Lagna and 6th should be as far apart as possible' as exact Whole Sign opposition: shortest_distance(R(lord(Lagna)), R(lord(house 6))) equals 6. The distance formula and binary threshold are project policy, not source wording. Exact-degree opposition is unselected because Raman gives no orb or precision threshold; candidate-pool-relative maximization is unselected because it is query-dependent. The classical seven-graha table excludes Rahu/Ketu and co-lordship. The event effect is the separately registered non-scoring prefer policy.

Scope: Mesha Lagna-or-Navamsa and a natural-malefic-free sixth house are reject effects; Guru in a Trikona and maximum Lagna-sixth-lord separation are non-scoring preferences; the peace configuration is non-ranking information. Source wording does not itself define these product effects.

Limitations
- This additive Python and TypeScript foundation remains specified_unwired until Court integration issue 400; it changes no score, rank, tier, admission, completion count or user-facing review text.
- The source gives no degree orb, angular threshold or graduated scale. Version 1 therefore uses exact Whole Sign opposition as a binary project policy and does not choose a best candidate relative to a search batch.
- Missing, malformed, duplicate or conflicting canonical position facts, uncertain Lagna authority, incomplete relevant transitions and chart-request budget exhaustion remain unknown.
- The classical table uses Surya through Shani only. Rahu/Ketu and co-lordship traditions are not blended; same-owner Lagna/sixth pairs have distance zero.
